How nice that you bought a piece of sports history! The Trilogy items were sold in a pre-order period. Below are the expected shipping dates for these items. Please note that your package will be shipped when all items of your order are in stock. So rely on the product in your order which has the latest shipping date.

• Cycling clothes (cycling jersey, socks, gloves): mid-November
• Phone case: mid-October
• Bottles: end of October
• Scarf: end of October

We receive many requests on a daily basis for autographs addressed to our riders and skaters. As much as we'd like to help you, unfortunately we can't accommodate signature requests. Email questions will not be answered.

We receive so much fan mail that it is unfortunately not possible to reply to all messages. We can't respond to letters or photo cards that have to be signed.

The team stays in a hotel assigned by the race organisation. When that’s not the case, the team books a hotel itself.
