Team Jumbo-Visma Academy aims to get more young people to pick up cycling and tries to realise this in close collaboration with schools and cycling associations. Team Jumbo-Visma Academy also contains a development team for talented U23 riders.

Team Jumbo-Visma Academy aims to persuade more young people to pick up cycling. Well-functioning Dutch cycling associations are an absolute prerequisite. Partly thanks to these cycling clubs, the riders of our World Tour team are so successful today.

The goal of Team Jumbo-Visma Academy is to persuade more young people between the ages of fifteen and eighteen to pick up cycling. By organising cycling clinics at schools, we try to strengthen the relationship between the school and the local cycling associations in a sustainable way.

Jumbo-Visma Development Team is a development team for talented U23 riders. The team aims to train and develop cycling talents to become professionals.
